A story that begins in 1903
The vocation of a family which for four generations has dedicated itself and its resources to a noble art, perpetuating the preparation of delicious aromas and flavours.
In past times production was limited to festival periods such as ‘Santa Natale’ or the Christmas period and for village celebrations and even then only ‘Cupedia’ was produced (a forerunner of nougat). From this forerunner numerous specialities have been developed.
Among these specialities are ‘Pannardini’, created by the Nardone brothers, nougat miniatures filled with sponge cake soaked in liqueur, covered in dark chocolate. Quality, authenticity and tradition are the fundamental principals of the company, passed on from father to son together with knowledge of traditional production techniques.
